Welcome to Dune Buggy Dubai. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking to confirm your spot. Prices are listed in AED unless otherwise specified.

2. Rider Eligibility

Participants must be at least 16 years old to drive a buggy. Passengers under 16 are allowed only as riders with a responsible adult. Valid ID or passport may be required before the ride.

3. Safety & Liability

All guests must follow guide instructions and wear safety equipment provided. Dune Buggy Dubai will not be liable for injuries or damages resulting from negligence, reckless behavior, or failure to comply with safety guidelines.

4. Tour Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours due to weather conditions, mechanical issues, or safety concerns. In such cases, alternative arrangements or refunds will be provided when applicable.
